I’ve been an aquagear fan and has been a filter subscriber since I first used it 3 years ago. However my latest filter was unusually slow so I emailed the customer service to address this. Pat, the representative responded promptly and has shipped a replacement filter within an hour or so of ouremail exchange. Great service!!
I love my subscription Aquagear. Their recycle program ad rigor with quality make me feel like a healthier human. With the subscription I don't have to keep track of when to replace my filter. I just do it when my new one arrives. One less thing to think about :)
This filter makes the best tasting water. The pitcher itself holds a good amount of water, much better that other company filter pitchers that I've tried. The company is great and the customer service is awesome. Also, I love that they recycle used filters. Highly recommend.
