I have had two of these pitchers for quite a while...one at my house and one at my store...everyone loves them...I especially like the pitcher replacement filter program to keep everything up to date and they will even take back the old filter at no additional cost making certain the old filter is properly taken care of!! I really appreciate the discount on the filters with a subscription. We need one filter every 3 months. I appreciate that plastic particles are removed, as my husband has one kidney and that I can recycle the filters is great. My only suggestion for change is to have the label for the recycling come with the new filter rather than my having to initiate that, which feels like an unnecessary use of time.
