After buying the subscription for my mother, I am switching out my own water pitcher for this brand. Their customer service is terrific, and I haven't used the filter recycling program yet but it sounds easy.

I bought the Aquagear filter pitcher for two reasons: 1) it was one of the few filters I could find in a portable pitcher that filters PFAS forever chemicals, which have been found in my city's drinking water and 2) the filters last a really long time and are sent automatically via Aquagear's filter subscription service. No more tracking and trying to remember to change filters! Another great thing about this product ...the filter screws on, so I'm sure no unfiltered water will leak into my pitcher or that the filter will fall out when I pour. I love it. Great product!
