I like the overall design of the pitcher, but sometimes the new filters leak a bit, i.e., they allow water through without filtering. Not sure why some filters do this and others don't.
I have had two of these pitchers for quite a while...one at my house and one at my store...everyone loves them...I especially like the pitcher replacement filter program to keep everything up to date and they will even take back the old filter at no additional cost making certain the old filter is properly taken care of!! Great company...
